By accessing or using baseid.io and BaseID services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Use of Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse our Services or help anyone else do so.

Open Source Software

BaseID's open-source libraries are dual-licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and MIT License. Your use of these libraries is governed by those respective licenses, not these Terms of Service.

Managed Services

Use of BaseID's managed services platform is subject to a separate service agreement. Contact us for details on managed services terms.

Intellectual Property

The BaseID name, logo, and website content (excluding open-source code) are the intellectual property of BaseID. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaseID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction relevant to your use of the Services.
